CLEANING Do - use soapy water to clean your MM. Don’t - clean the surface of MM with solvent. This will destroy the ABS plastic as well as smearing the printwork. MM will survive repeated petrol splashes without a problem, but if you do spill fuel on your MM, it’s best not to wipe it off – just let it dry or hose it off with water. MM is fully sealed, but owners should be careful when waterblasting their machines. MM is tested for water resistance at manufacture and will survive the sensible use of a waterblaster around the installation site. Waterblaster jets are very powerful, so don’t apply the water jet directly onto the device or close by - you could rupture the unit or blast the adhesive mounting pad off the machine. Be sensible.
